My sweet family members ( SOMA'S KITCHEN) Feedback.....💞💞🙏I ordered Bhapa Ilish, pui sag with ilish matha and bhetki paturi from Soma's kitchen. Placing the order was a simple process and she agreed for customising the order without any problem. Moreover she volunteered to deliver to Raipur with delivery charges. What impressed me was that she informed me that she would prepare omly if she got good quality fish. She delivered bang on time and added a surprise gift to our package- a fruitcake.

Now coming to our order. The bhapa ilish was awesome, totally reminded me of home back in kolkata. The sorshe bata was just right tangy and delicious. Bhetki paturi was fantastic as well. But the surprise item was pui saag with ilish matha. I did not expect to love it as much as i did.
So all in all 5 stars and i will be reordering for sure.

My sister makes the best Gajar Ka Halwa, so I decided to give her signature dish my own twist. ❤️
I combined it with Patishapta, one of Bengal’s most loved traditional sweets.
Instead of the usual filling, I used Gajar Ka Halwa made with carrot and khoya as the stuffing, wrapped in a delicate rice flour and refined flour (maida) crepe.
A beautiful fusion of my sister’s signature Gajar Ka Halwa and the beloved Bengali Patishapta. 👩‍🍳❤️✨
