An Accidental Baker......Stumbling into some great cake recipes, lifted by friends & family, also my love for arts & crafts, moulding & shaping, recycling goods & making it look pretty.......made me think why Not?....Apart from recycling ...all the above can totally work on Cakes....

Then, I was totally convinced when I made my first fondant cake for order...nobody realised it was made for the

first time....It was Clean!!...Both me & my husband was nervous....but it was well accepted & appreciated...(they came back for more...:-)
