Mango Pannacotta🤤🤤🤤
Recipe:
Mango puree:
1. Blend the mangoes with a teaspoon of sugar and dash of lemon juice.
2. Pour this into your cup of choice and refrigerate or freeze it for 20 minutes atleast.
Basic Panna cotta:
1. Bloom the gelatin in half a cup of water for 5 minutes.
2. In a thick bottom sauce pan add a cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/4 cup or sugar, vannila pod or a few drops of vannila essense.
3. Boil this on medium flame until sugar dissolves.
4. After the sugar dissolves remove the pan from heat and pour the gelatin into this and whisk until the gelatin dissolves completely.
Note :If the gelatin doesn't dissolve heat the mixture on a very low flame. Do not boil it.
5. Pour this on your set mango puree and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Phirni Recipe: Half cup rice soaked for 4-5 hours then grinded coarsely.
half cup sugar or plus minus according to the sweetness desired.
1L milk
saffron or saffron syrup.
few almonds soaked and crushed.
few pistas.

Heat a pan full of water.boil the water. Then drain it. Dry the pan.
Boil 1L milk. Lower the flame add the grinded rice. Keep stiring religiously. Add the sugar. When the milk starts to thicken add the dry fruits ( crushed pistas ,almonds..
) continue stiring on a low flame.
Serve it out in earthern ware ( washed and dried) or in glass bowls. Cool for a while. Then Refrigerate.
