Gastronomy is the study and science of food, of experimenting with flavors and preparations. Driven by our passion for food and the desire to please peoples' palate, 'GRUBNOMIC- the house of gastronomy' was conceptualized in September 2013, to accentuate our belief that good food along with a good dining experience, need not cost too much. We opened doors for business on the 3rd February 2014. Our
menu is an eclectic mix of cuisines and flavors that offers a wide variety of options inspired by the tastes of American, European and Continental food. Our menu offerings range from thin crust pizzas, pastas to steaks, burgers and sandwiches including many short eats such as buffalo wings, nachos, fries etc and hot & cold beverages. We also serve Breakfast through the day. Grubnomic is a reflection of our own expectations out of a 'dine-out experience', which is why we consider ourselves as simply being 'customers behind the counter'. It is this idea that has propelled us towards offering wholesome, hearty food made with love and care using the best produce; which accompanied by quality service and attention to detail, truly defines who/what we are.
