🎤 To Our Karaoke Family 🎤

We never thought we’d have to post something like this, but here it is.

Last Saturday at karaoke, an unfortunate and deeply disturbing incident occurred. Due to an overwhelming crowd and a flood of song requests, our KJ couldn’t accommodate every single request immediately. This led to an argument that escalated beyond anything we’d expect from a night of music and community.

A group of individuals physically assaulted our KJ and a member of our team outside our premises — simply because their song wasn’t played when they wanted it. Let that sink in.

This is absolutely unacceptable.

We’re heartbroken and angry that something meant to bring people together turned violent. Our team works hard to create a safe, welcoming space for everyone to express themselves — and no one deserves to be harmed for doing their job.

To be clear:
• Violence has no place in our community.
• We will be pursuing action against those responsible.
• We will be increasing security and reevaluating how we manage crowd size and song requests going forward.

To those who come for the music, the laughter, and the joy of singing their hearts out — thank you. You are the reason we do this every week. Let’s continue to protect that energy.
