These are eaten with Three Different types of Traditional Indian Breads.

The food is washed down with Maharaja Bhog - Premium Veg Thali Special smoked herb buttermilk. Along with Packed water Bottle.

Maharaja Bhog - Premium Veg Thali has 30 rotating menus, one menu for each day of the month. Each day thali is also a palette of 30 dishes, which is a total of 900 dishes per month.

Bhog for a Maharaja

It’s the Dasara season and the time was right to try out a premium veg thali at Maharaja Bhog, the city’s latest attraction. And what a meal, it lived up to its name.
We went there on a Sunday afternoon, though people were milling in, we managed to seat ourselves comfortably. We began the meal with an unusual saunf sherbet — with a hint of sugar — so cool and so refreshing. Next came the starters. I really liked the soft and light dhoklas served with tangy sweet-sour chutney. There aren’t too many restaurants that offer radga patties during a thali, so it was much relished at our table, and that too because it was served with a few crisp veggies as well. I was tempted to try a second one.
The thali has a rotating menu, which serves the best of Rajasthani and Gujarati dishes, in all 32 items. Of course, Maharaja Bhog has an array of chaats and paneer dishes as well.
In the main course, the breads turned out to be flavourful and enjoyable, especially the soft small hot rotis smeared with ghee.
Home style Khichdi was a welcome, we tried it with dal. Rarely do we eat it outside. Thepla was another delicacy which was well turned out. The paneer sabzi and aloo sabzi went well with these rotis.
Flaky basundis and crisp jalebis along with another succulent sweet completed the meal.
A glass façade is one of the hallmarks of the 90-seater restaurant. Several wall panels add to the overall feel of Maharaja Bhog, the most striking one being a spice panel, which gives a zing element.
While the thali is unlimited, the waiters too gave it a personal touch. They coaxed guests to have another poori or a crisp jalebi. This thali was really enjoyable, complete with a herb lassi, pickles and papads.
Even as the meal progresses, guests at each table can switch on a CD which is a slide show of the restaurant, its promos and even offers recipes. Maharaja Bhog is from the Maheshwari Foods & Hospitality Group and this restaurant is the group’s first foray into south India. Nice place, centrally located on Vittal Mallya Road, with valet parking.

"Look past the loud interiors and be rewarded with dishes closer to home food at Maharaja Bhog".......................................The royal tag doesn’t really extend to the dishes either – not a bad thing. Instead of dishes glistening with ghee or decadent desserts, the food is closer to home food, low on oil and spices. The regal associations pretty much end with the first ceremonial hand-wash, in which a waiter pours water out of an ornate pot over your hands held over an equally ornate basin. The supermarket-like efficiency kicks in immediately after.

My hubby and I visit this place often and I find it total "paisa vasool".All their dishes are delectable! Being a hardcore non veg eater, this is the only place that comes to my mind if I am in a mood for veg food..The decor is neat and service is prompt!!kuddos!! keep it up!!

U jst go thr to eat ghr ka khana with a huge varities

Everyday the menu changes, so u wont get the same dish the next day u go.

Sat n sun thr is a spl menu whch has spl sweets n veg but with this the price per person is also more thn the weekdays.

a good place to go for ghar ka khanna - nthng new nthng spl , only huge varities in one go
and the menu is such tht thr is something fr everyone.
