What makes a cake classy? Esply tiramisu. Homemade mascarpone cheese, dairy whipping cream mildly sweetened, buttery coffee sponge soaked in freshly brewed filter coffee and kahlua with brown sugar, a generous dusting of high quality cocoa. Not a trace of any food coloring. Our tiramisu is exactly this. Every element was carefully used to not overdo and the result was the best tiramisu you can get with zero artificial ingredients. Last few orders accepted for mango cake. Sponge soaked in homemade mango juice, filled with mango pulp cubes along with whipped cream just enough to keep them together and topped with more mango pulp cubes. Every bite an overload of mango taste. Heavenly.
We do not use any artificial flavouring in our cakes. No store bought pulp or juice.
