Here’s more on the first of our five non-negotiables: Grower First, Always.

This was the real starting point for Black Baza. What began as a focus on biodiversity led Arshiya to conversations with farmers, and those conversations changed the way we thought about coffee.

If we wanted to work towards better coffee landscapes, we first had to ask a more fundamental question: what does this mean for the people growing the coffee?
