just when we thought we’d lost all hope of finding our (VERY NEW btw) camera, Bengaluru City Police came right to the rescue 🫶🏻 Thalaghattapura PS Thalaghattapura PS BCP DCP Southeast BCP thank you so much for all you did for us and got us back our camera all the way from Whitefield 🙏🏻
On Friday 24th July, our camera was stolen by a delivery partner on one of the bigger platforms and we had no idea what to do. The customer support wasn’t responsive or helpful either. But through a lil bit of stalking on Instagram and the help of PSI Kendagannaswamy and Crime Department Branch- Sunil & Jeddeyaapa we were able to catch the thief on 28th July 😎 we were very worried because it was our first big marketing purchase since we started Kried but Bengaluru City Police made sure everything was safe and sound 🫶🏻 thank you so much to the team.
So happy to be in a city like Bengaluru and be able to depend on Namma Bengaluru Police 🫶🏻❤️💛
ಜುಲೈ 24ರ ಶುಕ್ರವಾರದಂದು, ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪ್ಲಾಟ್ಫಾರ್ಮ್ವೊಂದರ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಪಾಲುದಾರನೊಬ್ಬ ನಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾವನ್ನು ಕದ್ದೊಯ್ದಿದ್ದನು; ಆಗ ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯದಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಸೇವಾ ವಿಭಾಗದಿಂದಲೂ (customer support) ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸಹಾಯ ಸಿಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ, ಇನ್ಸ್ಟಾಗ್ರಾಮ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮಟ್ಟಿನ ಹುಡುಕಾಟ ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಎಸ್ಐ (PSI) ಕೆಂಡಗಣ್ಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಪರಾಧ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸುನಿಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆದ್ದೆಯಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಸಹಾಯದಿಂದ, ಜುಲೈ 28ರಂದು ನಾವು ಆ ಕಳ್ಳನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾದೆವು 😎. ‘ಕ್ರೈಡ್’ (Kried) ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ನಾವು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಮೊದಲ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟಿಂಗ್ ಖರೀದಿ ಇದಾಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಆತಂಕವಿತ್ತು, ಆದರೆ Bengaluru City Police ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಮರಳಿ ಸಿಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು 🫶🏻. ಆ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.
