Hi, i believe an open air restaurant working on weekends(Fri, Sat & Sun evenings) is a good idea for any metro. I named this open air restaurant as "Brindavan", I am taking example of Bangalore since i reside here, there are multiple locations with huge open places available in and around ITPL, Marathahalli. Since family's do reside in the same vicinity they would choose Brindavan for weekend evening outings with entire family.
