What is WEAT...??
The WEAT (Wine Education Appreciation & Tasting)
Course is India's first and only government-certified professional wine course. We have taught to over 10,000 students in the last 9 years from various institutes across India, including IHM Bangalore, IHM Pusa, Manipal University, Christ University and many more. This initiative by the Government of Karnataka aims to raise awareness about wine production and consumption, keeping in mind the growing wine culture in Karnataka and Indian society.
WEAT course Includes:
• 6 hours of Theoretical learning
• Sensory analysis of 13 wines
• During the Course, you will be provided study books, spittoons, tasting mats, note pads, and pens.
• On Completion of the Course, you will be acknowledged with a certification recognized by Govt of Karnataka and Karnataka Grape and Wine board.
