From burgers to pasta, we have been adding personal touch to all our recipes ever since we started cooking.
Sometimes the classics like French toast and bruschetta get a little interesting, the other times we take goan delicacies like cafreal and serve it with a creamy mash.
The menu at TBW is a mix of things we like to eat ourselves and things we have taken inspiration from.
Our little culinary knowledge is ever evolving because of how inexperienced we were when we started our journey.

We have successfully created a wholesome, heart warming and delicious menu that we wanna share with you, drop by, say Hi and leave with a smile. :)

It was all a dream. We are here in Goa. We did make mistakes, a lot of them and learned our way through them. It's a blessing to be able to dream - you don't know where it will take you and grow you.
We are Hitesh and Ipsa, two passionate people behind The Blue Wagon which started as a food truck in 2017 in Bangalore and are now in Goa, 7 years later making our dream of living in Goa come true.
Drop by our cafe in Siolim, Goa where you will always find us to greet you and brew you a nice cup of coffee.
