Red Fork is a blackboard concept Bistro. It evolved from a tiny, four table eatery in Richmond Town, fifteen years ago, serving authentic Parsee Cuisine, under the name of Daddy's Deli. Today, the blackboards at Red Fork still sport the Parsee favourites; whilst retaining the original flavours of the cuisine, Chef Xerxes and his team have come up with innovative presentations of these dishes. All your orders can be paired with wines from our carefully selected range of Whites, Reds and Roses. At Red Fork the menus are carefully curated to capture seasonal produce, fresh ingredients from organic, zero pesticide farms and in-house breads, desserts, compotes, dips and ice-creams. Dear Friends,

After an incredible journey of 11 years with Daddy’s Deli and 6 years with Red Fork, it’s time to say Goodbye. They say “All good things come to an end” but we sincerely hope that our relocation to Australia is a sign of even better things to come.

Running Daddy’s Deli / Red Fork has been an experience that few get to enjoy in their lifetime and we would not have been so successful had it not been for the loyalty of our customers and friends.

We are open for business until Thursday, 15th March 2018 and hope that you will find some time to come by, enjoy one more meal (hopefully many more than one !!!) at Red Fork, and give us the opportunity to bid goodbye and convey our thanks.

Please do pass the word around to friends so that we can meet as many of our customers as possible before we leave.
