It is one of the most traditional varieties of sushi featuring an oval-shaped mound of sticky rice topped with a raw filling. Nigiri in Japanese means two fingers (ni = two, giri = fingers). The name comes from how the rice is specifically portioned and fits onto the chef’s “two-fingers” when pressing.

We at Hunan support these 2 young and bright grade 9 students with their social cause which is a great initiative taken by them of teaching English to grade 5 kids at a government school along with improving the school infrastructure.

They are visiting United Nations Headquarters in New York representing our country for the work they have done; which falls into the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
