Since 2002, Madurai Idly Shop (MIS) has built a legacy of trust, taste, and tradition in Bangalore’s food scene. What started as a single outlet has now grown into a chain of seven vegetarian restaurants known for serving authentic South Indian cuisine across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

But our story doesn’t stop at our outlets. With a 5,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art central kitchen and a capacity of 3,000 meals a day, we’ve expanded into corporate catering and outdoor catering, bringing the same authenticity, hygiene and love for food to larger communities.

From daily meal services and customizable corporate menus to large-scale event catering with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian offerings (prepared in separate kitchens) our focus has always been on consistency, quality and care.

For us, food is not just about what’s served on the plate, it’s about continuing a legacy, earning trust and delivering warmth with every meal.
