A 50yrs young family run business which is into commerical kitchen equipment supplies is looking for a enthusiastic Customer Relationship Manager with below criteria : 1. Age : 28-40yrs 2. Gender : Both male & female can apply 3. Qualification : Graduate and above 4. English fluency : Only apply if your fluent in English speaking and with good skills in drafting emails. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. 5. Past experience : Candidate with past experience in hospitality industry or customer service domain will be preferred. 6. Overlooking complete e-mail correspondence. 2. Being in constant touch with key accounts and checking for new requirement. 3. Generating new leads. 4. Coordinating with sales team and reverting to queries sent by clients. 5. Sending out outstanding statements and following up on payment. 6. Following up with concerned team member for service call closure. 7. Managing inventory levels. 8. Corresponding with vendors and ensuring materials are available to clients on time. 9. Be a team leader and coordinate with fellow colleagues thereby ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
