The Massaman Curry has its roots trace back to Persian and Indian traders bringing cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves and cloves into Thai cooking. What resulted from this is a warm, rich curry with tender lamb, coconut milk, potato, roasted peanuts and spices. It really is a gamechanger!
