Archimedes said an object will float when the buoyant force pushing it upwards balances the weight pulling it down.

With Scarlet Buoy, that principle finds its way into the glass. A savoury, spicy build sits below, while the chamoy foam floats above it, held right where it needs to be.

Gravity keeps things where they’re meant to be.

Kiwi On My Mind sits firmly on the controlled side. Vanilla and cinnamon bring warmth and familiarity, while green tea and kiwi add fruit and lift, all brought together with a smooth, creamy foam.

For Beerly Evolved, we took that same idea behind the bar. Starting with the familiar character of beer, we pulled it apart, played with its flavours and built it back into a cocktail.
