Most chefs find their way through their mother’s kitchen. But for Chef Kartik, it was the fire in Treat’s tandoor that lit the path. 🔥

As a young boy, he watched in awe as seasoned hands reached into the glowing pit, not just cooking, but creating magic. That fire didn’t just cook food, it sparked a lifelong love for the craft.
From ember to essence, his first teacher was flame. That fire still burns in his heart, and today, it’s the same flame that crackles and roars in the kitchens of Treat.

Chef Pallavi often says you can’t imagine North Indian food without cardamom. It’s what gives our curries their depth, aroma, and balance. From the gentle sweetness of green elaichi to the bold, smoky notes of black elaichi, each plays its part in the kitchen.
