Tender chicken, soaked overnight in yogurt and Indian spices, meets the ancient depth of Japanese soy and hand-toasted nori.

Our house-pulled mozzarella melts into smoked Scamorza, building a brooding, golden pull that carries the memory of charcoal-kissed skewers straight to the table.

Finished with silken Japanese mayo, a shake of shichimi and the bright sting of jalapeño - heat that wakes you up, not burns you out.

Introducing our freshly prepared Caesar Salad Chicken.

We grill the chicken fresh for every order, coming out juicy all the way through, the kind that soaks into the dressing as you eat.

The Caesar is cold and garlicky, clinging to every leaf the way a good dressing should. Apple slices come in somewhere between bites, crisp, faintly sweet, a small but welcome surprise against all that savory richness.

Drawing from the rhythms of nature and guided by generations of craft, their artisans turn something humble into something lasting - pottery that is beautiful to look at, honest to hold, and built to endure.

What moves us most is how they work: closely with local makers, honoring traditional techniques while leaving room for fresh ideas. No shortcuts, no mass lines - just thoughtful hands and a studio that believes good craft is worth preserving.
