Thank you all, for your 'likes' and more importantly, your good wishes!

We have many introductory promos during Sep, and those in Bangalore are welcome to come enjoy the taste of our pan Indian cuisine built on the foundation of 2 unique features: 1. Almost every ingredient (including the masalas!) is organic and 2. All traditional rice items are millet based (the latest buzzword for healthy eating).

Most of the recipes have been painstakingly perfected after years of perseverance and now they have finally made it to the table.

So whether it is the Andhra Chicken Biryani, Bise bele Bath, Kerala Stew, Goan Fish Curry, Samosa or Kachodi, all of these are healthy and delicious versions of the original - with one important exception. We have done away with Sugar (we use Jaggery), Potato (instead we use Sweet Potato) and Maida (Flour). In case you're wondering, come and experience it for yourself!

Did you know?

Millets are hardy, rain-fed crops which don’t need irrigation to grow. They grow well in poor soil without any additives and are immune to local pests and diseases. Eating more millets makes it economically viable for more farmers to grow them.
