Happy Navratri / Happy Ugadi and a HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my mommy ❤️🎂🎉, who turns 76 today !

We take the opportunity of sharing some news with you on this auspicious day -

We at Hamsa Kaun are thrilled to share the next stage of our journey with you.

So far the journey has been filled with fun, adventure and challenges. Thank you for sharing the highs and lows.

Our start coincided with demonetisation and we found ourselves managing a card machine only after 3 months of opening.We painted the Restaurant ourselves as all painters , carpenters were headed back to their villages ! We laughed , we worked and enjoyed every challenge that came greeting us, what mattered was that it ALWAYS took us to a better space .

In our year-long Journey , YOU, our patrons and extended family have encouraged us every step of the way by not only revisiting us weekend after weekend, but also bringing in friends and family to get to know us and savour our offerings.

We have immensely enjoyed pampering each one of you as much as we have loved basking in the attention that came our way .

Whether it was catering for private parties, hosting you in the restaurant or the food on the go, we have enjoyed each and every aspect of it.

Our biggest discovery was that the market share for private catering and takeaways far exceeded the dine in model .

Starting today , we are shifting gears and working on loading New Version of Hamsa Kaun with full steam and undivided attention moving to the 'Delivery' model . We are looking at serving the entire ECC road stretch albeit after a well earned break for sometime. Until then our takeaway and preorders will continue, so do call in and place your orders . The Hamsa Kaun space is also making way for something super exciting ... An upbeat Café is a work in progress.Keep your eyes peeled for further announcement .

Staying committed to our core strength of serving evolved punjabi food and making the same available to you in the comfort of your homes and offices is underway .

Vacations are soul food , while we nourish our bodies with good nutritional food , our soul and spirit needs to be fed with copious doses of rich , meaningful getaways .

The balmy waters of Goa beckon us and will open doors again on the 7th of February .

You stay healthy and happy till then , will look forward to seeing you again then .

Hello lovely people ,

Our kitchen is busy with private catering for a group . We have all our energies and focus on that and would be taking no reservations / Walkins today .

Did you know if you have a home party for up to 30 people we make sumptuous platter of both vegetarian and non vegetarian meals ? If you are on the ECC Road we can deliver , else you takeaway from the restaurant . We need a week's notice for the same and an advance payment has to be made for confirming the order .

Keeping in view the weekly trends for the past few months , we will be open for Dine - In ONLY from Friday through Sunday . The whole of November we were testing this model and discovered it works well for us as well as the guests .

Tuesday/ Wednesday/Thursday the Restaurant will take preorders for takeaway only and not dine in .

We endeavour to keep the experience memorable yet being able to take out some family time and hence the change ❤️ .
