Old Ranch Ribeye at Ninan's this one’s got a bit of history in it.
A proper, well-marbled cut that we treat with respect from the start. It hits the grill with beef tallow, takes on that fire and smoke, and gets nothing more than our house salt and pepper just the way a real steak should be.

Once it’s rested, we slice it and give it a final sear on the pan, locking in all that richness and building that deep, caramelized edge.

It’s the kind of steak you don’t rush.
Rich, juicy, and full of character made the old way, served with pride. 🔥
