In frame “Paneer Tikka Pizza 🍕🧀😋. Pizza cravings hit different as it’s soo tempting that it can be eaten anytime. It can be made adding different toppings on it depending on individual choice. This paneer tikka topping includes veggies too like capsicum, onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, sweet corn 🍅🫑🌽. All the veggies mixed together with hung curd , paneer some spices & marinate this mixture for about half n hour after that cook this mixture in a pan with little oil & your topping for pizza is ready. In frame my lunch plate “Methi Matar (green peas) Malai Paneer & Garlic Butter Laccha Paratha”🤤😋. Methi leaves are little bitter in taste so when we mix methi leaves, some green peas boil them together , cook them in tomato n onion gravy with some cashew paste & malai (cream) with some paneer the bitterness goes away making it mouth watering . Making laccha parathas are just getting that perfect lacchas in the paratha & when added garlic butter 🧄🧈these laccha parathas turns out really good super flaky & super tasty😍😃

In frame my lunch plate “Lemon Rice 🍋🍚, Carrot Raita 🥕& Avacado Lobia Salad”🥑🍅🥭. Lemon rice has a delicate flavour of fresh lemon juice (main ingredient) along with the aroma of the tempering ingredients like mustard seeds, ginger, lentils , curry leaves & green chillies. Carrot raita is so refreshing in this summer time with the little sweetness of carrot & little sour taste of curd is great to go with. This avacado & lobia salad is so healthy full of fiber , with some boiled & sautéed lobia cucumber , onion , cherry tomatoes, mangoes & roasted peanuts finished with it with dressing (olive oil , salt , pepper & lemon).

In frame “Fusilli Pesto Pasta”🥰😋accompanied with “garlic Bread”🍞When ever we think of making pasta we end up mostly making white sauce or red sauce pasta but this pesto pasta is rarely made . But trust me this pesto pasta taste as delicious asthe other pasta😋.Pesto pasta is made from pesto sauce & for making pesto sauce the main ingredient is basil leaves . Basil leaves are so aromatic that you just can’t resist yourself to savour this pesto pasta🤤.

Ingredients For Pesto Sauce:
100gm basil leaves
7-8 garlic pods
1 cup olive oil
1/2cup cashew nuts
1/4cup Parmesan cheese
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Ingredients For Making Pasta:
1 cup boiled pasta
Few cherry tomatoes
Pasta sauce
1/2 cup boiled corn

Steps In Making:
➡️In a bowl add all the pesto sauce ingredients with half of the olive oil & mix very well. Keep it aside for about 10 minutes.
➡️In a pan full of water &salt , pasta & let it bowl for 10 mins.
➡️In a grinder blend the mixed ingredients to run into a fine smooth paste by adding half olive oil.Pesto sauce is ready.
➡️In a pan add 2 tbs olive oil , cherry tomatoes, boiled corn & boiled pasta some left over boiled pasta water & pesto sauce with 1 tsp pepper.
➡️Serve immediately.
