o Achievement of sales targets, budgeting & forecasting, revenue & distribution system, setting up of new projects, identification & development of new product/business opportunities, marketing. o Restaurant pre-opening, development of Advertising, Promotional & PR campaigns from writing agency brief until execution, collateral's, sponsorship's & customer research.
• Well-versed in managing the Customer Experience, Advanced Analytics to measurable goals and business accountability, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), attainment of revenue goals and budget management.
• Extensive experience in selecting restaurant /properties to take over day-to-day operational responsibility via a lease, management or franchise agreements in major cities.
• Commendable history as the visionary & thought leader for advancing the strategic direction of the business through innovation & organizational leadership critical to continuous growth & business scalability in an evolving market.
