REALITY ISN'T ALWAYS PERFECT
Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, things don't always go your way.
But instead of giving up, you learn from it, pick yourself back up and make the best of the situation and do the best you can.

This was a particularly off and rainy day, where even after following the recipe I've made a 100 times to the T and taking all the measure I could considering the weather, these finicky little macarons just did not want to turn out the way they're supposed to.

But hey, even if it wasn't picture perfect, the cake was on point and everything still tasted like a dream!
