On a Special occasion Frndz , let me share a yummy recipe with you all ππ
CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM π
INGREDIENTS -( 1 Cup =250 ml )
β’ 2 to 2.5 cups of cream
β’ Half cup milk
β’ Half cup cocoa powder
β’ Half cup sweetened Condensed Milk
β’ Half cup Brown Sugar or Normal Sugar ( also can be used both equally )
β’ 1 TSP Vanilla Essence
MAKING OF CHOCOLATE MIXTURE
β’ Take milk in a small pan and add the brown sugar or normal sugar
β’ Keep the pan on stove, stop on low flame stir continuously till the sugar dissolved
β’ Once the sugar is dissolved ,Keep the pan down and add cocoa powder and mix well
β’ Also add condense Milk , 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix well later keep the mixture aside, let the chocolate mixture cool at room temperature
WHIPPING CREAM TO CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
β’ Take a chilled Cream in a stand Mixer and begin to who it on high speed ,till stiff peaks ( you can also use electrical blender ), Once it is increased in volume ,turned down the bowl
MAKING OF CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
β’ Add Chocolate mixture to the bowl of whipped cream.
β’ Now lightly fold chocolate mixture in a whipped cream using spatula
β’ Now add Chocolate mixture in a Container or box and tap once
β’ Close the lid tightly and keep the ice cream box in the freezer
β’ Freeze for 8 to 9 hrs or overnight
β’ Before serving ice cream remove box from freezer and set it for room temperature for few seconds.
CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM READY TO SERVE , CAN ALSO DRIZZLE CHOCOLATE SAUCE ON IT ππππ... Enjoy !!!!
