Raghu and Namisha from Aramse Coffee spent a nice, warm afternoon, navigating us through the boulders and fines of coffee, in a wonderfully nerdy session.

From pour height and speed to direction and the number of pours, we explored how the smallest changes can dramatically shape the final cup. Through equal parts science, intuition and experience, they broke down the incredible complexity behind the seemingly simple act of pouring water over coffee.

We also got to see Sofi, their beautifully designed South Indian coffee filter, in action, brewing an exceptionally clean and expressive cup. Alongside it, we tasted their Balanced and Vibrant coffees, each revealing just how much technique can transform flavour.

Raghu is an exceptionally patient teacher with a remarkable depth of knowledge, making even the most technical aspects of coffee feel approachable, engaging and endlessly fascinating.

Thank you, Aramse, for a deeply thoughtful session on the craft and science behind every pour.

How much can the way you pour change a cup of coffee?
Turns out — a lot.

We’re excited to welcome Namisha and Raghu from for “Bringing The Pour To Pour Over” — an interactive brewing session exploring how the simple act of pouring can dramatically shape flavour, balance and extraction in your cup.

Through different brewers, pouring techniques, and guided tasting, this session will break down how to intentionally use pouring structure to brew better coffee at home.
And because coffee is best understood hands-on, attendees will also get behind the kettle themselves — brewing, tasting, comparing, and experiencing these changes in real time.

From thoughtful YouTube tutorials to coffee subscriptions and beautifully designed brewing products, Aramse has become one of the most respected voices in India’s specialty coffee space, and we’re thrilled to host them at Nerlu.

We had the pleasure of hosting Richa & Kushal from Anecdote Coffee Roasters for a session that felt less like an event and more like a coffee social.

From first-time brewers to seasoned enthusiasts, the room was filled with people at every stage of their coffee journey—each bringing their own perspective and experience to the table. The bar was open, the brews were personal, and the results? Truly special. Recipes were exchanged, techniques explored, and anecdotes flowed as freely as the coffee.
