Chicken Manchurian – a dish we’ve all grown up loving. We just had to recreate it into a gourmet, health-conscious version that you’ll adore even more!
P.S- Chicken Manchurian was created in the 1970s by Nelson Wang, a Chinese-Indian chef, who blended Chinese techniques with Indian flavors. Born in Mumbai, the dish features fried chicken coated in a tangy, spicy sauce using soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and Indian spices. Though named after the Manchurian region of China, the dish is a uniquely Indian-Chinese fusion, becoming a beloved staple in Indo-Chinese cuisine and a comfort food for many across India.
