Our mission is simple: to nourish our patrons in the same way we would our friends and family, with the most delicious and nutritious food available.

For 10 years, Bread & Chocolate in Auroville has been our home.
Over time, what we built grew beyond a bakery, a café, or a store. 
It became a way of working — Intentional, Artisanal, Authentic and Homely.
We feel the name needs to grow with the spirit behind it.
 
Today Bread & Chocolate Auroville is transitioning to ARTISAN REVOLUTION.
Nothing else changes.
The same people 
The same kitchens 
The same recipes 
The same care 
Only the name evolves - to better express our wider vision: community-driven, rooted in human values, environmentally respectful, working with locally grown and freshly sourced produce.
 
As Artisan Revolution, we will continue the very same work you know and love!

MEET OUR TEAM 🤎

Today we introduce Nadhiya, a beautiful and steady presence at B&C Auroville.

For nearly 4 years now, Nadhiya has been part of our journey. She began as a barista in the coffee section, welcoming guests with warmth and care and quickly became someone both the team and our customers could rely on.

Today, beyond crafting your coffees, she supports service and takes pride in keeping her section looking and feeling just right. Calm, attentive and always ready to step in when needed, she brings a quiet strength to our team.

Ten years ago, Bread & Chocolate began with a simple idea: make artisanal food, by hand, for all of you.

What started as a small bakery became a meeting place, a rhythm in daily life, a table shared, a space where friendships grew and memories were made.

Bread & Chocolate was never just a name.
We are Artisanal
Authentic.
Homely.
As we celebrate 10 beautiful years, we are filled with gratitude for every baker, farmer, supplier, team member and guest who shaped this journey with us.

And now, with the same heart and values, we are stepping into a new chapter.

MEET OUR TEAM | Today we introduce S. Bhuvaneshwari, a beautiful presence in our main kitchen at Bread & Chocolate Auroville.

She joined us in 2022 as a team helper, always ready to support wherever needed. Step by step, with dedication and curiosity, she grew into the kitchen and today she prepares your smoothies, nice creams and sandwiches with care and consistency.

Bhuvaneshwari is one of those people who quietly keep everything running smoothly : reliable, supportive and always ready to help the team. And of course… she carries a smile every single day, bringing a calm and happy energy to the space.
