Testing some new flours this Tuesday .
Hydration levels to fermentation times move around a bit in summer , especially in the anjuna bakery in goa where the electricity feels like a blessing cause it comes through very rarely .
All our recipes get adjusted Constantly , sometimes to improve, sometimes just to adjust to the tropics and sometimes to try new ingredients and see how they do in our hands .
Lovely Tuesday so far .
All our bakes are available in Bombay and goa for home delivery .
