Recipe
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

In bowl 1, sieve together -
Flour 1.5 cup
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Soda bicarbonate 1/2 tsp

In bowl 2, whisk together -
Butter 1/2 cup
Castor sugar 1 cup
Whisk until fluffy and creamy.
Add -
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Egg 1 nos (or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or thick hung yogurt)
Whisk together.
Add -
Cream (or malai 1/2 cup)
Milk 1/2 cup
Whisk.

Add the sieved mix from bowl 1. Gently fold in. Add -
1/2 cup hot water
Bake for 30-40 minutes until a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.

Recipe -

In Bowl 1, sieve -
2 cups + 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup cornstarch
Set aside

Chop -
1 large bar of Amul dark chocolate
Set aside

In Bowl 2 -
Cocoa butter 1/2 cup + Ghee 1/4 cup + Olive oil 1/4 cup
OR
Butter 1 cup

Castor sugar 1/2 cup
Muscovado sugar 3/4 cup

Mix the butter mix or the butter and the sugar and melt on low flame. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract

In a soft drizzle, add to bowl 2 -
Beaten egg 1 nos
Whisk to combine

Gentle fold in the ingredients of Bowl 1 into Bowl 2 in three separate batches.
Now, add in chocolate chips.

With an ice cream scoop, scoop out the cookie dough. Sprinkle with salt and more chocolate chips!
Freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight
Bake for 12 minutes in a preheated at 170 degrees Celsius
Let cool
Refrigerate
