स्प्रिंग ओनियन रिंगस्

जिन्नस:
मिश्र डाळींचे पीठ, हिरवी कांदा पात बारीक चिरलेली, लाल मिरची पावडर, आले- लसूण पेस्ट, पनीर, हळद, आमचूर पावडर, पावभाजी मसाला, किंचित साखर, मीठ आणि तेल.

पाककृती :
मिश्र डाळींच्या पिठात वरील सर्व साहित्य घालून तेल घालून, पनीर कुस्करून घालावे व गोळा मळून अर्धा तास झाकून ठेवावा. नंतर प्लास्टिकच्या कागदाला तेल लावावे व गोल वडा थापावा. मग मधला भाग पाठीमागे सरकत न्यावा व रिंगचा आकार द्यावा. कढईत लेत तापत ठेवावे व पुऱ्या तळतो त्याप्रमाणे या रिंगस् तळाव्यात. खुसखुशीत होतात.
डाएटविषयी जागरूक असणाऱ्यांनी या रिंग न तळता थालीपीठाप्रमाणे थोडे तेल घालून भाजल्यासही छान लागतील.
