Summer has kicked in a wee bit early than expected. Hence, our menu is going to comprise of food that is fresh, fruity and light like baked yogurt, pina colada cake, Citrus pound tea cake and a zucchini quiche. In addition to this, we will introduce fresh salads as well to beat the heat. The only element that doesn't change at Prose is good flavour. ❤️

This is a pesto, cherry tomato and chicken quiche that will be consistently seen on our shelves. 🙂
