For us at Mleko, the experience of each and every one of our customers' takes priority above everything else. We understand that, over time, Mleko becomes more than just a cafe for most of our customers. It becomes THE go-to place to meet friends, a place to take someone new to the city and have the bragging rights to say "look, how cute and beautiful this place is"; a place to go on multiple dates because you and your partner just can't get over the ambience, the food and the coffee.

This coffee hails from the amazing Aghora Estate.

The coffees we got our hands-on, on are double-fermented washed coffees. This means two varied coffee fermentation that took place at the wet milling stage. Coffees are roasted to a medium level.

This coffee is one of those straight-off bold and banging chocolate-tasting coffees. Though the coffee starts by giving out some complex taste notes, with the brighter stone fruit flavours in the beginning and then the lingering signature chocolate taste. The flavour notes flirt on your tongue later on with the smooth caramel and ends with a hazelnut finish.

We, at Mleko, have received Kokoro's limited edition 100% Robusta coffee beans (Shoshin 1.0) With a flavor profile deeper and more earthy than the standard arabica beans, robusta beans also comprise 2.7% caffeine which is considerably more than arabica's 1.5%, giving robusta beans a distinctive depth of flavor not found in arabica.

Currently, we are serving robusta-based cold brew and all other types of manual brews, including V60 Pour Over and Aeropress.

So, come by to indulge, before we run out of, this batch of limited edition robusta beans.
