Abslut Punjab

Abslut Punjab, fried with a passion of a true-blood Punjabi this restaurant is a fine tribute to the taste of Punjab. This taste is about the food and the love for Punjabi food. But the restaurant itself is an attempt to take the Punjabi flavour beyond the often relatable ‘dhaba’ to the ‘maximalist’ and ‘over-the-top’ with ‘larger than life’, Punjabi attitude in everything. Bordering on the gawdy with nothing ‘understated’, Absolut Punjab is an experience of a ‘quintessential Indian restaurant’ with a palatable loudness while celebrating the excessive Punjabi taste for good things. Open this carefully curated menu with the expected and unexpected gems of the Punjabi cuisine coming in from all sides of Jhelum and Chenab. This experience promises to be unique and enjoyable. Your chance to enjoy “Absolut Punjab”.
