Our Philosophy:
In the end, a great meal is not about the food. A great meal is an emotional experience. We try to make it an extraordinary one by creating a beautiful place, with staff that cares about it as they do about their home, and care for you as you would care for the most important guest in your home. Our chefs are obsessive about the culinary details and fundamental techniques that are the foundation of an exciting culinary imagination and a kitchen that delivers the very best products of the earth to the table. No detail or element can be less important or more important than another. Because a great meal is not one that fills you up. A great meal is a kind of journey that returns you to source of pleasure you may have forgotten and takes you to places you haven’t been before. Menu Approach:
Each day we create several courses – each a series of smaller, focused dishes that all feature distinct ingredients. What we want you to experience is that sense of surprise when you taste something so new, so exciting, so comforting, so delicious, you think, “WOW” – and then its gone. We want the peak of sensation on the palate to be all that you feel. So we serve a series of small courses meant to excite your mind, satisfy your appetite and pique your curiosity. We want you to say, “I wish I had just one more bite of that.” And then the next plate arrives and the same thing happens, but in a different way, a whole new flavor and feel and emotion. Private Dining:
For an event of 10 – 40 guests, we offer two private dining spaces, the kitchen confidential & Classé dining area. A dedicated event team will be on hand from the beginning of the planning until the time your guests depart. Coordinating the details leading to a successful event can sometimes be stressful. We will bring attention to detail, care and hospitality to you throughout the process. Our goal is to create a unique and memorable event, tailored to your needs. Information:
We offer 10 / 15 / 21 course meals. 10 course meal plan has an ala carte menu selection offering, where as 15 course meal is a chef tasting menu and 21 course meal is a grand tour menu, both serving best recipes from our kitchen. We also offer 5 & 7 course meal specifically for lunch Monday thru Friday. We operate on prior appointment only. Dinner reservations are available from 7:00 p.m. till 10:30 p.m. and lunch reservation from 12:00 p.m. everyday. Once you make your reservation, we require a credit card details to hold it.
