Yesterday’s experience at Thambi bhawan was amazing.
Had Rasam and Ghee roast masala dosa which were so perfect in taste and I loved the presentation, hygiene and their service in particular.
The rasam in particular was so delicious, piping hot and contained authentic spices that just enhanced the taste.
They served the dosa on a banana leaf which quite gave south indian feels and it was served with Coconut chutney and coriander chutney.
I wish though they also offered tomato chutney and that the Sambhar was hotter as it got cold by the time we were half done eating the Dosa!
