We’re a family of four, well now six, the daughters have been married to the two most wonderful and supportive husbands! We started Vanakkam in our Phall just for the reason that Ahmedabad - the food capital of Gujarat, does not have a good South-India breakfast joint! Seriously?! A place that can make an actual Chinese family relish its indianized GOOD chinese food and make an unimpressed vegetarian Punjabi eat khandvi and khichu, doesn’t have a place where people can have good, healthy, reasonable and tasty south-Indian breakfast? Well, to be fair south-Indian breakfast doesn’t just include idli, dosa and vada, you know. This thought was the origin of Vanakkam. Where all healthy Southern flavoured breakfast items are welcome. You will have to come to stall and witness what all the four amazing southern states have to offer. #Seeyouaround
