A little about me...

I was born in Italy and was raised eating the tiramisù of my Italian grandmother, an old secret recipe...

Since then I grew up, but my passion and my love for tiramisù only grew more. I decided therefore to share with others the amazing taste of my Grandma's special recipe, made from fresh quality ingredients. To order:

N.b.:
- For orders of more than 20 people please write us 2 days before Thursday.
- Please note that there is a minimum of 1 day lag between order and delivery (e.g. Time of Orders and Deliveries:
We take orders until Thursday 6:00 p.m. and deliver on Friday (the day after) between 12:00 p.m. Where we deliver:
Deliveries are made only in Tel Aviv for now. Cost of delivery:
Free of charge (for June). Product, preservation and packaging:

For the tiramisù to remain compact and for it to preserve it will be delivered frozen. The tiramisù is placed in a special resistant plastic tray covered with lid. Before eating / to eat it:
You must leave the tiramisù to defrost for about 2 hours at room temperature before eating. If you decide to eat it 12 hours(at least) from when we deliver it you can put it inside the fridge. Payment and prices:

For now the only method of payment is cash. Payment is made upon delivery of product. Upon payment you will receive a receipt. For prices please check our “Our products” page at http://on.fb.me/PjKLPE. (Coming soon - We are working on getting credit card / Paypal method live.) Tips for use / T & C's:

- Keep the tiramisu' in a refrigerated environment; once used put back in refrigerator.
- It is recommended not to eat tiramisu' until 3 days from purchase, including the day you received it. Receive Friday and eat until Sunday included).
- It is recommended not to eat all the tiramisu' before guests arrive.
- Please look carefully at the expiration date (on the side of the tray). We take no responsibilities after the expiration date. Cancellation:

מקורותיה של טירמיסו - Le origini del Tiramisù.
Le origini del Tiramisù sono molto incerte perché ogni regione vorrebbe aver "inventato" questa prelibatezza: per questo motivo è nata una sorta di contesa tra Toscana, Piemonte e Veneto.
Moltissime sono le leggende legate a questo dolce a cui vennero attribuite addirittura qualità afrodisiache.
La versione ufficiala colloca la nascita del tiramisù nel XVII secolo a Siena quando alcuni pasticceri, in vista dell'arrivo del Granduca di Toscana Cosimo de Medici, decisero di preparare un dolce per celebrare la sua grandezza.
Decisero così che il dolce doveva rispecchiare la personalità del Granduca: doveva quindi essere un dolce importante e gustoso ma allo stesso tempo preparato con ingredienti semplici e, cosa importante, doveva essere estremamente goloso poiché Cosimo amava letteralmente i dolci.
Così fu realizzato il nostro Tiramisù che all'epoca era chiamato "zuppa del duca" proprio in onore di Cosimo de Medici che portò con se la ricetta a Firenze facendola conoscere in tutta Italia.
La leggenda racconta inoltre, che la zuppa del duca divenne il dolce preferito dai nobili che gli attribuivano proprietà afrodisiache ed eccitanti: da qui il nome Tiramisù.
La versione non ufficiale, invece, narra che a inventare il Tiramisù sia stato un pasticcere torinese in onore di Camillo Benso conte di Cavour per sostenerlo nella sua difficile impresa di unificare l'Italia.
Anche il Veneto ha una sua versione in merito: sembra che il tiramisù sia stato inventato nel ristorante "el Toulà" di Treviso situato all'epoca nei pressi di una casa chiusa e servito appunto per "ti**re su" .
