• Rose Finch layered red Velvet sponge with raspberry coulis and smooth cream cheese frosting.
• Golden eagle: Layered chocolate mousse, with fondant base and crisp meringue, coated in rich dark chocolate ganache and No flour at all!
• Cardinal Decedent carrot, pineapple, coconut shavings, walnuts and goji berries in a moist cake. With a layer of sweet maple walnut frosting in the center and coated in velvety cream cheese icing.
• Tui Lovers Classic dark chocolate mud cake, layered with a crisp mint crunch and lathered in rich, dark chocolate ganache.
• Blackbird Two tiers of rich chocolate cake with a smooth caramel filling covered in dark chocolate ganache, decorated with handmade sugar roses
