Are you a stepmom, or mom of toddlers, feeling exhausted and like a slave to your kids and house?
How are you supposed to prioritize your own health goals and well-being if you have to clean up the house, cook meals, earn an income and spend quality time with your kids?. 😱
Is it actually possible to prioritize self care and eat healthily without neglecting the needs of your kids and stepkids? 🤯
I bet you’ve tried dieting, workout apps, therapy and coaching... And nothing has quite worked for you, right?
How do you find the ⏰ TIME ⏰ to focus on yourself… if you've stepped into the role of motherhood and feel unprepared and unappreciated or have a full time job?
How do you justify spending money on gym memberships, workout equipment, weight loss apps, and club memberships if you barely use them?
😨 Why's it so nerve-racking to ‘set boundaries’?
Is the constant battle to prioritize time and space for you really worth it?
Can you really feel calm, confident, and grounded in your house without neglecting the needs of your kids?!
🤔 And when should you take a minute to breathe and relax??
🤔 Should you even hire a coach??
🤔 Are you doing some sort of physical exercise?? How often?
🤔 What about meditation?
STOP. JUST STOP. 🤯
If any (or all) of the above questions run through your head… day after day… I might be able to help.
Hey, it's Chanah Rothberg here… 👋
And, while I don't claim to know it all, I HAVE stepped into motherhood overnight, (completely unprepared), going from 0 to 6 kids, (which quickly became 9 kids)! 3 years into being a mom, pregnant with my third, and having full custody of my 6 stepkids I felt completely depleted. I was constantly giving to my kids, making sure they had what they needed, but I had lost my own sense of identity!
I took a step back from my usual routines to figure out what I needed to do for myself, so I could whole-heartedly step into motherhood.
Over the past twelve years (especially during the last four) I have helped hundreds of women transform their understanding of health, and their mental state by creating a sustainable step by step action plan. These women call themselves Step(In)Moms 💪
Those early days were rough.
I'd take a step forward only to take three more back. I was drowning in exhaustion, confusion, resentment, and questioning.
Anyways, if that's kinda how you feel right now...
Let me give you a road map, so that you stop hitting dead ends or getting lost on back roads, and instead take the fast lane to a YOU that you can be proud of.
Let me show you that it’s time to Step Into You. 💪
👇 Here is what I’m proposing. 👇
I’ve had a TONNE of stepmoms, moms of toddlers, and moms in blended families, reach out to me asking for my help.
So I had this crazy idea to build a step by step plan to guide you from feeling taken advantage of to a confident and cared for self in 6 weeks.
No fluff. No messing around, just a simple plan to take you from embracing unhealthy behaviors and mindsets to personalized health and comfortable boundary setting.
