הבשר שלנו מגיע מפרות הולשטיין ממושב ניר ישראל, ליד אשקלון, ונבחר בקפידה בהתאם לסטנדרטים הגבוהים ביותר. הנתחים עוברים תהליך יישון אצלנו שמעמיק את הטעמים ומשפר את המרקם עד לרגע שבו הם יוצאים ממקרר היישון, עולים על הגריל ומוגשים בצלחת.
מהנתח, דרך הצלייה והחיתוך ועד ההגשה. כל שלב הוא חלק מהחוויה הסופית שלכם.
