Luigi Camilleri Owner and Chef of "Luigi's" in Youghal was born in Sicily and studied at the Institute for Tourism and Hospitality in Brindisi where he qualified as a waiter, barista and chef at the end of

his studies moved to London where he trained with famous chef Giorgio Locatelli. Moved in 2007 in Youghal Ireland to work as Executive Chef in local business, then as Resident Chef/House Manager in "Ballynatray Estate" and finally started his own business becoming very popular among the locals setting the standards for traditional and modern Italian cuisines.
