This month's walk is a relaxed, guided 5km Mental Health Walk, starting and finishing at Brockagh Resource Centre.

💚 The walk is completely FREE.
☕ Tea, coffee, delicious sandwiches & scones afterwards for just €5.
📅 Friday 16th October - 10.30am
