Freshly cooked fish and chips served with a cold bottle of beer for just €20 at The Castle Inn today.

A burger, a few chips and a seat outside… making the most of these late August evenings 🌅🍔

Our Southern Fried Chicken Fillet Burger comes with smoked bacon, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato and spicy Cajun mayo. That’s dinner looking after itself 🤤

We’re all squeezing in the last few weeks of outdoor eating weather… although some of you won’t be letting a bit of rain stop you anyway 😂☔️

The calm after the Duckathon… 🦆🍷

After all the excitement of the weekend, we’re taking things down a gear and enjoying the slower side of summer.❤️

There’s something lovely about these late August evenings, when the sun hangs around a little longer and a cold glass of vino in the beer garden is all that’s needed. No big plans, just good company, a quiet corner and one of those golden evenings we’re not quite ready to say goodbye to yet ❤️

What an evening 🦆🙌🏼❤️

A huge well done to everyone who took part in the Newcastle Wicklow Duathlon yesterday, and to all the organisers, volunteers and supporters who helped make the day such a success.

Thank you to everyone who joined us afterwards and kept the atmosphere going long after the finish line!

🦆 From the Duck Derby and raffles to music, great company and plenty of craic, it was a proper community evening and a lovely reminder of what makes Newcastle, Co Wicklow so special ❤️
