March’s employee of the month is local lad Rory Boltt!

Rory came on board last July and has gone from strength to strength. Starting off as a Kitchen Porter he’s now moved up as a trainee chef and has shown a fantastic aptitude for cooking. His attitude is spot on and he’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get stuck in!

Today is a tough one for us.

We’re saying goodbye to someone who truly was the glue that held our kitchen together. Jijo Joy - who, along with his family is moving the beautiful west coast from next week.

Since joining us on 01/11/2023, Joy hasn’t just
been part of the team — he’s been at the heart of it.

His strength, his character, and his unbelievable work ethic set the standard for everyone around him. On the busiest nights, when things got tough, Joy was always there — steady, reliable, and giving everything he had.

But more than that, it’s the person he is that we’ll miss the most. The presence, the energy, the way he brought people together — that’s not something you can replace.

As he leaves us to start a new chapter, we do so with heavy hearts but also so much pride. We’re grateful for every shift, every laugh, and everything he’s given to this team.

From all of us in The Brass Fox family — thank you, Joy. You’ve left your mark here, and you always will.

Wishing you nothing but success and happiness in whatever comes next. You’ll always have a home here 💙
