Our Ratatouille is getting ready… perfect for the summer. Ratatouille is a traditional French vegetable stew originating from the Provence region. It features summer vegetables like courgettes, aubergines, peppers tomatoes sautéed in olive oil and simmered with herbs like garlic, thyme, and basil. The dish can be served hot or cold, it is vegan and delicious and will go perfect with a glass of our French rose from Provence as well to match the flavours and location. Enjoy and have a great weekend!
