Ah September, we’re glad to see you! After a terrific summer we’re delighted for the calm crisp September days. We’re back to our regular opening hours in Fethard on Sea. Thursday to Sunday with Brunch starting daily at 10am.
We’ll be working away to bring dinners back to fruition, so don’t worry, we’ll put good use to that extra day!
Finally we have some menu changes coming up to match the cosy autumn we’re in for. Starting with an apple crumble french toast.
We’ll see you Thursday!

The kitchen team, they’ve both been with us a while, but in varying roles. Now we’ve got a team of three working on the menu, hustling from a small space to pump out the goods.
Having such a trio has allowed us do something we have never done before, open on Wednesdays! We’ll also be serving breakfast from 8am Wednesday - Thursday for the early birds among us!
We’ll see you tomorrow, bright and early!

It’s 6 years today since we opened our doors in Fethard on Sea. Just two kids who wanted to live a little and push themselves. It ended up sn*******ng into a lot more than we ever imagined, in all the best ways. It’s wild to look back at the beginning. Our first menu, our first day, our first spread and feeling for real that we had found somewhere that felt like home. What a wild few years, we hope for many more mental ones ahead.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making us feel welcome, for your support and friendship. They’ve made the last 6 years magical!

I don’t know that anything can prepare you for opening a business. It’s a good thing myself and Matteo were young and naive when we started because even with a decades experience a piece, we were jolted out of any arrogance when we opened up first.
Little by little this bunch grew. Coming in and picking up tools and mucking in from the get go, adding their own flair for food, their craic and their kindness. It sounds cheap to say we couldn’t do this without them, but it’s painfully true! We have this solid team of creatives, organisers, makers and doers and they manage to pull this business forward in ways we couldn’t have imagined.
We absolutely love you guys

Coffee has been part of our ball game for years, we knew the ins and outs and yet nothing at all when it came to espresso, filter, cold brew you name it. Matcha is new territory for us, but we wanted to keep to the same standard as our coffee. It needed focus and attention and a lot of taste testing, a labour of love for our barista Kate.
We’re delighted she discovered .omma and that they have taken us under their wing and are guiding us through.
