Hi there, just wanted to let you know that I will be having a stall in Tintern Christmas Market next Sunday. I believe last year was a great success, so hopefully it will be a great day for everyone.
For all of you business owners or entrepreneurs out there, if anyone is interested in any equipment or furniture I have from coffee shop, please message me, and I will send you a list of what’s left. Thanks

Hi all, just wanted to let you all know that the doors of our coffee shop will close tomorrow afternoon – Nov 17th. No regrets. Loved it & had great support from all my customers. Thanks for all the support & loyalty. Other things to come. Watch this space. Vanilla Cream still registered & available for catering, baking etc. Hope our paths will cross soon. Hi all,
Just a quick update for you. Both the bookclub & the knitting club are going great. Book club will be meeting again on Tues next week (Oct 9th) @ 9.45. Anyone who would like to be up to date joining, get your skates on & read The Boy at the Gate, but come along even if you haven’t had the chance to read it.
Our kind natured knitters have decided to generously knit blankets in aid the Feilecain Association (Stillbirth Association), so all help would be greatly appreciated. Our group is growing weekly & everyone is enjoying it. Crochet & embroidery are also making an appearance.
Saturday walking club hasn’t taken off, so maybe you all like a lie in too much on sat am, or have too busy a schedule. On a re-think, we are changing walking club to Monday @ 11am. The perfect way to start the week, and undo any possible damage done over weekend. Go on, you’ll feel great with air in your lungs. I’ll have your healthy soup, and sweet treat ready for you for €4.95 when you get back. All the pleasure & none of the guilt! See you all soon. Any other ideas & suggestions, are welcome as always….

Just wanted to write a quick note to thank everyone who came for the needlework club and walking club. Hope everyone enjoyed it, and looking forward to seeing all the bookworms in the morning @9.45 for the first bookclub meeting.

Hi all, well we took a raincheck in the end on walking club yesterday, as a good few people let me know they would be unable to make it until next week. So it’s all systems go for next Saturday. No excuses now, plenty of notice! It also seems that 10am suits people better than 9 on a sat. We all need a little lie in on Saturday, but if you can message me or ring 051 388800, if you would like to join in, and let me know what time suits you best. Also thurs starts our needlework/needlework club at 10am (nicknamed stitch & bitch by some!), so get those needles dusted off & come along . I’ll have the kettle on & the scones fresh out of the oven. Please being any examples of previous work with you. All welcome.......

Hi there, quick update for you. Get those runners out – Walking Club starting @ 9am this Saturday morning from coffee shop. You can do it, and you will feel SOOO MUCH better for it & you can look forward to your soup & guilt free sweet treat to keep you going on the way…
Knitting Club starting next thurs Sep 13th @ 10am. Bring your own wool etc, and you can decide what you will knit. The club may diversify to needlework club, as some people have an interest in embroidery & crochet also.
Lastly, just for now, Reading Club starting on Tues Sep 18th @ 9.45. Just meet up the first week, with ideas for book to read, or any book reviews which may help in making the choice. If you would like to bring a few books to swap with books in the shop, we will still be donating the €1 per book to Our Ladys Hospital Crumlin.
